Oedema and Celluvac Part three

As discussed in Part Two last week, oedema  is the term used for the retention of water in a sluggish lymphatic system. Without intervention, some of this lymph and its impurities end up getting re-absorbed into the body and the hard residue sticking to the tissues just below the skin become those deposits that start forming cellulite. Daily use of the Celluvac massage will definitely help stimulate the lymph system and assist the body in getting rid of the stagnant fluid; another way you can assist your body in it's fight against oedema and cellulite is by eating the right foods. Below is a list of 'Good Foods', that help remove impurities and promote the stimulation of the lymph system.

Water  - Drink between 6 - 8 cups of water daily (1.5L - 2L).

Fresh fruits and vegetables - Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Remember, you can eat as much veg as you like, but limit yourself to two small fruits. Below id a list of the fruit and veg you should opt for first.

As a rule of thumb, remember that foods that are either sodium free or very low in sodium are generally very good at preventing water retention.
